I will say this much. Katya's guess was on target if I had been asking about the glass. That part (glass) was, in fact, Bedazzle. But since I specifically asked about the tank, I can only give her a partial win.

The tank is by Unique, designed by a gentleman named Richard over in the UK. The Bedazzle glass was "Dragon", which we thought kind of went okay with the Provari Dragon.
The top pops right off, you fill it up, then put the top back on. No Mamma-slaps required.
