The old synapses kicked in when I saw River Dance and Video in the same view. The Mrs. and I howled over that video many times, years ago. The eyebrows.. lol.
And I thought for sure it was the Anti-Condensation ring on the Balrog..
Had to take off my topper to check mah diaper.

Oh, wait, nevermind, you said Balrog-less. No experience with the Balrog, but I'm guessing it's a leaker? Otherwise, I'm completely lost on the diaper and will need someone to ELI5.
I'll put you out of ya misery. It's a wacky new Chinese idea. The Balrog is a TC device, comes with a ring around the 510 adapter with cotton inside to catch condensation from your topper, and minor leaks. Is there anything else like it? Depends... but this still smells good, even when it needs changing..

Thanks @LouisLeBeau for explaining the Balrog, now I understand your diaper comment. Incidentally, if anybody actually is familiar with a certain Balrog from literary and movie fame, you could possibly infer a connection (very loosely, it is a bit of a stretch) to the pictured item.

Now, this was kind of on the right track. The key part of that clue was The Misty Mountains, and Bilbo did encounter Gollum under the Misty Mountains. Gollum was not the only one living in the caves beneath the Misty Mountains...
