No, it has to go in something with that o ring and threads. So it has to be a chimney. Hmm...

I would say that chimney is closest description so far. Yes, this is part of a modular product. So what is the product?

I just photographed it w/out the type A atty in there, since I left the EG lettering as a hint and thought giving more than that would make it a giveaway. :)

Here is answer: In picture 1 & 2, it is the base that holds the Type A atty which then is screwed into the Joyetech Ego CC Clearomizer:

I was wondering if it might be something like that, but I never had one of those, so the parts aren't terribly familiar to me.
