No clue what that is either.

I never test my batteries  If they work, I use 'em. If they don't, recycle 'em.

I don't build low, I use a regulated mod, I buy from a the same place I get my mod.

I am such a newbie still.......

Now Forum stuff... I DO know

I use mechs also :). And checking older batteries once in awhile gives me an indication of how much they've degraded.

The Cell Mate was made by MarbleValleyVapes, and was SUCH a cool little gadget! It was just a very handy way to check the batt voltage on the fly. The DMMs are good (Roxy), but not quite as easy and convenient. Back in the day, we didn't have chargers with a visual display of voltage, so the Cell Mate came in very nicely!

Sadly, MarbleValley is no longer, and I've never seen these anywhere since then. More sadly, they were made NOT to be opened up, so there's no way to change the batt IN the Cell Mate. Obviously, mine has just a tiny speck of life left, but it was flickering huge time when I was taking that pic.

RIP little cutie pie.

I checked that thread you the plumber linked, and it's no wonder I had no clue; it was 5 months before I even got here! I (briefly) considered the idea of some kind of battery tester, but couldn't see how it could work for that, so I dismissed it immediately. Oh well. :D

The only "battery tester" I use is the digital display on my Luc2 charger -- that's why I bought it, so I'd have a way to check batts used in mechs, since they don't have a screen.

Go fer it, Dale!!!

LOL's!
Congratulations Dale!!! :D
Taking a bow ;)

Dale, since you were diametrically opposed to the answer, (SO close, yet so far)... we shall consider you the winner, if you like.

Would you care to shower us in your brilliance and stump the :censored: out of us? You don't have to. You can just as easily pick another victim playah.
Give me a few minutes, I might have something :)

LOL! DPL, we've "selected" Dale as our next stumptress. :)

Yeah, it's a pipe mod  But what is it called? ;)
I have a blue one. And, it took a lot of looking to find out the name, even back then when it was new. It was mostly sold as a Mechanical Pipe clone with no reference to what it was a clone of.
