I had a pack of blu that looked similar but it didn't have a wall plug or the cute warning on the bottom.Ok I guess I went back a little far
It's a "Health E-Cigarette Kit" (Which I have several of and did use in 2009)

It is the same size as a cigarette pack, the battery is screwed in (like in picture) and the pack is plugged into the wall to charge (plug retracts into the pack). The beige cartridges are where the liquid is at, we also put blue foam and tea bags in them to hold the liquid because it wicked better than the filler that came in them. Next post will be something else for you to try your luck at, not as old, but not real popular.

I wanted one the moment I heard about it...EXCEPT I knew a 14500 would NEVER last long enough.
Each price drop I would look again, but alas, I never added it to the arsenal. Perhaps I've missed a gem...
