Looks like the bottom part of a Viva Nova top coil clearomizer, coil screws into small end.This is a part of the device that made me start vaping. I actually tried vaping it a moment ago but it was like trying to suck honey through a straw.

It's the inside (Chimney) of a topcoil clearo and the coil does screw into the small end.

Oh, am I glad I was on vacation when this got posted. I has a FAR too intimate knowledge of that view.
If your top cap EVER flies off, taking that board out with it, ya gotta make sure the LIL button on the board, slides UNDER the big fire button right here, or it'll get sliced RIGHT off. Ask me how I know..
