What is up with Virgin Vapors? Bad Customer service!!

Well good evening..haven't posted for awhile but...
All That Jazz one thing I can assure you of us that Annette's customer service is top notch. I do understand if you prefer not to hang out on the forums...but there are a lot of very helpful people if you give them a chance. It is important for Annette to touch base in this forum on a daily basis as those here are what helped to grow her business. I think many of us would be shocked to know the number of orders are submitted daily, the number of emails received etc. That is the downside of the on line stores..I'm one person on a pc..just take care of my order vs standing in a checkout line with those 100 people standing ahead and you knowing its going to take a little time...
I sincerely hope you enjoy your order as I'm sure you will...

As a newer VV customer (4 mos) I guess you can throw me into the "peanut gallery" but as a vaper of over a year...not so much! Normally...VV customer service is top notch & the shipping is fast & very accurate...as you read on the web site....they are moving into a larger location. Cut some slack! We are loyal VV'rs for a reason....quality! Good luck & happy juice searching Jazz. Been there, done that. Annette & Virgin Vapor team has all my juice business...oh.... :) happy hunting.

I am a faithful customer of Virgin Vapor and this is all absolutely ridiculous. Annette is so concerned with customer satisfaction that I have seen her offer to replace liquids just because someone didn't like them, offer hardware from her OWN stash when a customer was in need and VV was out of stock, and make returns/correct mistakes on the honor system with no questions asked. I have spent several hundred dollars with VV in the last three months and I am completely loyal to this company only. Annette has always gone way above and beyond, as those of us who have been around a bit know very well.

Wow I would also like to comment:

Annette and Kitty have been amazing with customer service.

I have sent emails requesting customization on their E-Go C Twist kit (which includes 3 flavors to choose from and a vivi nova) I wanted the mini nova and to ask if I could choose a different flavor as the standard 3 weren't in my interest. I recieved a prompt email the next day, patience is the key word here, from kitty kindly responding that I could modify my kit.

I have also requested changes to my order in addiction to requesting sizes that were unavaliable. Annette always is on top of her customer services. She has always sent me samples of flavors I have requested to try (I do make reasonable orders) so I think it's a wonderful and awesome fair trade as I will probably purchase the flavor in full once I try it.

She has never given me a problem with adding to an order. She knows we are vaping addicts and we make order choices and then decide to order more. This has never been an issue for me or for her for that matter. Not only do I love her flavors I feel I am treated as a valued customer (as I expect she treats each and every one of her customers as) and not just a number which is extremely important to me.

You may say I am a fanboy or part of the peanut gallery, part of her little gang, but it is extremely childish. The reason we are on this forum and posting in this section is because we enjoy her liquids in addition to her outstanding customer service.

I have no problem writing a bad review about a company but I have asked far more than I was expecting to get many times, and VV has always come through for me. In addition if she were to have not of added the items (which she graciously did) it was your own fault for not placing the order correctly. Many websites will not adjust orders. I'm not sure where you are getting this sense of entitlement.

I am also very happy that VV has their own section on e-cigarette-forum, it allows us to communicate with other people who enjoy her products and flavors and I am also very happy that Annette and Kitty themselves post on here. They treat each customer as an individual and do their very best to be as customizable and lenient as possible despite the growth in business. This says numbers to me.

I appreciate all that VV, Annette and Kitty do for me. Learn some patience and human decency, man.
