I love vapor alley, crystal clear vaping, and kick bass. Vapor Alley is where I get my cartos (they are pre punched, I hate the ones I have to punch myself). From Vapor Alley and Crystal Clear, I normally get everything I ordered within 48-72 hours. And Kick Bass' Juices are fantastic.

MVS (http://www.myvaporstore.com) is a good one. I buy regularly from them. They get orders out the door lickety split.
MBV (http://www.mtbakervapor.com), same comment. I'm not sure they sleep, I've gotten ship notices on Sundays. Never had a problem with an order but have read accounts here where some mix up occurred and MBV jumped on it and fixed it fast. You can also enter "ECF" as a discount code to get discount on your order. Orders over $15, they'll toss in a free juice sample too.

Well, being in Canada, I love Canvape! The local shop I frequent Sir Vape A Lot, also has a great online store and can't miss Dashvapes; not the best prices but some nice gear and good juices!
Vapor Beast, My Vape Store, World of Vape, Virgin Vapor. Have ordered from all and have been very pleased. The only bump in the experience was caused by the USPS, but only caused about a 3 day delay from normal time.
I used to use Madvapes as my primary orders all the time. But over time they discontinued the Dekang brand of liquid. And thier Hangsen liquid is trerribad. Tried thier Top Vapor stuff and was just as bad. Not sure what happened, but they lost a customer to Fasttech.
Oh, forgot to add The Vapor Bank. They are so thorough and upright, I bought something on sale that didn't work, they not only sent me a return shipping label, but replaced the item as well .....no hassle whatsoever, and it was a sale item! That is the kind of service that makes life-long customers IMHO.
