Hey everyone,

I recently began studying everything I can find out about vaping/e-cigs. I came across some great users on youtube. Grimm Green, does reviews and does these live VLOGS (video logs). There is a bunch of others as well. SUCK MY VAPE, is another great reviewer.

This post is to share with everyone, new member, such as myself... about CASAA: Consumer Advocates for Smoke-Free America. The group has a facebook page: just search for CASAA. I tried to post a link, but it wouldn't allow because I'm new. Sorry peeps.

Before you go to the the groups facebook page, please do an internet search for CASAA. You will see their site; it has an org behind it.

The groups is for 'all' of us members; well, the ones from America. I'm newer, so I don't know how many countries/people are here. By registering with CASAA, you can receive updates for your particular state. This will allow you all to know whenever a new regulation is passed. There is also a lot of interesting reading there. The group has a Youtube channel, and Google + page as well.

I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas.
I am now one month in (vaping) and I have no urge to smoke. I went from 2 packs a day, for 11 years, to 0 packs a day; in just three weeks! It's amazing. I don't want anyone to stop us. Please share your voice, let me know what you all think.

To the moderator: I hope this post is okay. I know of the regulations here, but not to the note. I am just trying to fit in, get my posts in here, so I can learn more and ask questions from the more experienced members.

Thanks so Much
Mikey:)

Welcome Mikey, great first post. More vapers should visit the CASSA. It's free to become a member and there is some very good info on their website about issues affecting vapers.

I would also add the American Vaping Association The American Vaping Association for those in the e-cig business (and those interested in it) and We Are The Vaping Militia for news, local calls to action, information and advocacy.

Finally, I really enjoy listening to Dimitri Agrafiotis's podcast. It can be found on the VP live. He also has a youtube channel . The reason why I particularly like Dimitri is because he is huge on vaping advocacy as well as offering reviews and tricks and tips to vapers.

Welcome again, stick around, there are some very informed and friendly members here.

Welcome to ECF Congratulations on Quitting Smoking! I have to agree with both posters above. CASAA is a great Resource for Vaper Rights Advocacy Information. I got a great T-Shirt at the CASSA Store theCASAAstore

I also Have my Militia Dogtags from The Vaping Militia. The estimate is about 5% of Vapers are involved in some level of Vapers Rights Advocacy. The Organisations mentioned can help the 5% be more effective to try and make up for the small percentage of us involved in Advocacy Efforts.
