There are several things I have noticed about your business practices Mike, but the main two that come to mind are honesty and integrity. When I read about how you provided warranty service to a second-hand BUZZ without the slightest bit of reservation impressed me. (Integrity)
The other main point is that you keep us informed the second something goes awry, ie ∞ parts not being sent on time, but you let us know of that snafoo, and promptly I may add. (Honesty)

What impresses me the most about NotCigs is the fact that all of the PV's are designed from the ground up, using exceedingly high quality parts and an anally retentive final product quality control. (blemished buzz has a teensy ding just below the top cap) All in all NotCigs has proven to show that doing the right thing by your customers builds a loyal following to extent that it becomes an army, keep it up Mike... Pop <---thats me

I agree and have to add, his designes and ideas are his own. They're not copied from another vendor or builder just because they made a good product. Plus as you said they're built from the ground up not a rehash of an existing pv. He's a refreshing change from the norm in business practices. Don't get me wrong there are some other darn good vendors out there too.

When I decided I wanted a VV device I went to the mod data base and started window shopping. The first one that caught my eye was the Joker. I've made some questionable choices in the past when it comes to choosing a mod*cough905cough*, *koffkofwetboxkoff*, excuse me, so I decided to ask around the forum about this. It took all of five minutes for people to steer me to NotCigs and the Buzz. I wish I could find my original thread about finding a review of the Joker so I could remember the people who sent me over here and thank them. Not only did I get a quality device at a really decent price but I apparently got inducted into some kind of army or something and met you good folks.
I don't want to repeat the truths that Vapo and 5card already stated so let's talk about speed and accuracy of service. When I sent my first question to NotCigs via the contact page on their site I was answered by mike in a matter of minutes. I then asked a follow up question and was answered right away and he didn't give the least little hint that he was annoyed. He even wished me a happy birthday. Good signs. When I ordered the Buzz I got a call from Terri within an hour of placing the order to make sure I got the right top cap and it must have been screwed on while she was talking to me because I got my shipping confirmation in what seemed like moments. Is NotCigs based inside a post office?
Two days later I had my Buzz. Amazing. And to think I waited 8 weeks to get a freaking Chuck.
I thought maybe that was all a fluke but I ordered a V meter, charger and some spare batteries last week and sure enough, boom, verification call from Terri, shipping notice and two days later I got my stuff.
So, they care about getting it right and getting it done. What more can you ask?

To all * I appreciate the Kudos , we do try to run the cutting edge of this industry , my goal has always been to IMPROVE the quality and technology of vaping , to a fault I let loose to much INFO ( hence the copies and plagiarize out there ) I have seen my basic designs and ideas copied faster than a F1 car runs .

As far as the operation of our business we have been in business for 17yrs we have learned a few things in that time , one is CUSTOMER SUPPORT and happiness !! LOL , If you do not take care of your customers they will not take care of you !!

It's pretty obvious you take care of your employees just as well as you do your customers Mike :)

We all know that Mike jumps through hoops to keep us happy, but he has his pit crew behind the scenes taking care of us too! Great job on all of the Notcigs folks!

Bo, You are of coarse correct and I feel like a jerk for not mentioning that Mike and his entire company including his employees are the best. Hurray for the workers too.

Happy New Years to Mike and his devoted employees.

You know some people would likely classify me as .... about the items I own...Simply put I don't settle for second best with anything...When people ask me about my Buzz I tell them flat out it's the best damn PV in the world....and IT IS....I've pointed many people this way and will continue to do so...Anyone attempting giving up analogues will stand a much better chance if they are armed to the gills...It's a hell of a demon to conquer...the Buzz is a DEMON SLAYER.....

On NotCigs customer service...Yeah from what I've heard it's the best.....Product quality I can vouch for as the best...Personal experience...You won't find better anywhere...CS yeah it's the best too...You're not likely to need it though....

I off-handedly coined the phrases Buzz Army and Infinity Infantry....I guess the Buzz does have an army of loyal supporters...Everyone at NotCigs has been great too me...Everyone here as well seems more like a family than elsewhere in my travels thru cyberspace...Some of you have become special friends...Thanks too all of you for tolerating this loose cannon redneck....Hoping each and every one of you a safe and prosperous New Year!!!!!!!!!!!!

Geezzz El Dee some loose cannon rednecks are my best friends.I think you have a good heart. We are indeed the Buzz army. Any question can be asked on this forum with no complaints from managment. LOL And some are tremendously off topic. I know this because I've made several of them. Happy New Years to all my friends here including Mike and company.

You know another thing I've noticed is there isn't allot of name calling and bickering on this forum either. Allot of other places sound like their all siblings with the "your stupid" and "you don't know what your talking about" stuff and worse on them. This is a pretty darn good group of people I think and I haven't noticed any redneck stuff from you Dee. Maybe because I'm a redneck too, You think?

It's a requirement to check your crap at the door and come in for fun, questions, fun, advice, oh...and fun! And just in case you didn't have enough fun here, feel free to pick your crap back up and don't let the door hit ya on your way... :)

    Was that redneck of me?

Do you guys know where the term "redneck" originated? It was first used for sharecroppers in the 1800s due to their unique sunburns but really became popularized by the newspapers in reporting on labor disputes in the 1930s between the coal companies and organizing miners in West Virginia. Seems there was a group of union miners in the northern WV mines who heard about union organizers being murdered down in Logan county so they organized a band of men with their hunting rifles and marched down there to defend their brothers. When the mining companies learned they were coming they hired a group of mercenaries with heavy artillery to take these guys down. It didn't quite work out that way. A battle ensued and a lot of people were killed that day but only a few of them were the union marchers. The heros that marched down to Logan County in defense of their fellow miners wore red bandannas around their necks so that they would know each other. The local newspapers called them the "Red-Necks".

Hey Dee. Oh yeah, they covered that story in that "Hillbillys" documentary a while back. Is that the same one that chronicled the origin of NASCAR with the moonshiners or was that a different one? I can't remember.

No dude, It was 50° here yesterday. It was again this morning but the temp's supposed to drop into the 30s as the day goes on. All our snow is gone but we have plenty of muddy azz puddles for my young border collie to roll around in. Gotta love that.

Yeah Mist it was on there...Nascar, coal miners and moonshiners.....Old Popcorn Sutton from Maggie Valley was on there too...Popcorn got a little too popular and got popped by the "Feds" on another moonshining charge...Popcorn sadly took his own life rather than return too prison.. Wish he hadn't done that...The Documentary Chanel did a full story on Popcorn but I haven't been able too catch it..You can catch bits on Youtube....RIP Popcorn.....Maggie Valley will never be the same...
