What kind of carto is this?

I have a 510 cartomizer that I picked up from a PIF some time ago, but I don’t know what kind it is or how to fill it. It’s a bit longer than a Boge 510 soft-cap. It’s a little thinner too. The end is made of hard, black plastic. When removed, there’s another layer of black plastic inside with two small holes on the outer edge and the number 4 pressed into the center. The cartomizer is actually black (the color isn't just a sticker).

Any ideas?

Are they the ones I sent? It's a joye 510. Get a paperclip and stick in one of the holes on that cap and pull it up. Underneath is a tube sticking up, punch it open with something sharp like a blunt tip needle or a mini screwdriver. Then fill with a blunt tip syringe. I was thinking most people equate the joye 510s as being the ones you need to syringe. I'm sorry if I sent a pita to you.
