I have a G6 and never used the Halo carts, the mini tanks were just so good that the carts that came in the kit dried out from never being used. If you have a question not answered I would be very wary and switch to the mini tank. It's an all around better system IMHO anyway.

I also have a Nautilus.....and now you've got me worried about it. thanks for the heads up. Just goes to show you have to question everything. If we had lived by that when we started analogs.........

Arbeee,

Did anyone ever respond to you about this? I wanted to make sure you were given an answer!

Thanks for checking. Nope. I submitted two separate tickets that same day. One about diketones and one about the G6 carto material. Halo only responded to the diketones one claiming no diketones whatsoever including Cafe Mocha and Twisted Java (the e-liquids I was concerned with). The G6 carto material ticket still hasn't a response in over a week and I checked my spam folder.

Yes I already ordered a bunch of G6 mini-tanks and should get them soon. I also ordered a Triton VV battery and some tanks. I know the whole industry is going to bottom coils now but I like a warm vape hence why I like the G6 and now trying Triton since they are top coils. I am also aware that there are tons of ego styled battery tanks that look identical to Triton and, unlike Triton, using standard ego/510 threading but I don't know which one to go with. I tried a "Crentia" branded (The "Hangsen" brand for domestic China market) one a while back and it was terrible compared to my friend's Triton.

As for the Nautilus and Nautilus Minis I have already switched back to BDC. Funny how everything I'm deciding to use is "older tech".

I have a bunch of bottom coil tanks, and I still really like the Triton Tanks. Flavor, vapor, performance and ease of refilling. And Halo batteries are high quality. There are good ego's and there are poor ego's.

Arbeee, don't forget to get a Halo Triton charger for the VarVolt. The G6 charger is NOT compatible!

And you know what is the best tech?

Whatever works for you and keeps you from smoking!

:)

It is a plastic. I accidentally made something similar to polyfill at work when I was purging PET out of an extruder at a very high temperature while cooling it with an air wand, so basically an oil product. At the temperatures we vape at, burning it and inhaling it may taste awful, but from what I know about plastics- and I do work in thermoplastics, a whiff or two now and then is harmless.

Agree completely.

That reddit article is based on opinions, assumptions and conclusions not based in fact. I give it as much weight as the opinion that flavored ejuice will lead to children starting to smoke tobacco.

My little Pug friend, If I could have found a stinkie that tasted (and smelled, for that matter) like Tribecca or VooDoo, I doubt I'd have ever stopped smoking. I'm still glad I haven't found a juice that tastes like the back end of a dog that sat in an wet ashtray. Reddit has some good articles, but like anywhere else on the internet, there's always folks that subscribe to "fear-sensationalism"
