What mode to charger my batteries on ?

Hi,
I have just received two new sony vct4 batteries and a Night Core Digi Charger D2. I was wondering what mode I should be charging these batteries on? The available options it shows with these batteries are Li-ion, Li-ion Low , or LiFePo4. When I put them on LiFePo4 it shows fully charged but with the charger on Li-ion it shows only half charge? Any and all help greatly appreciated!

You can use Li-ion or Li-ion low. You can't use LifePo4 on Li-ion batteries.

Charging them on low will give you longer battery life.
