Checked the site and they have very sketchy info, with the female threads it might be a 510 or 4081, but it's only a guess. Their prices were of the sort usually found at overpriced "re-branders", they take a model and put it in a fancy box, advertise a bunch and sell them for twice what they're worth.
What's unusual is that it appears to come with cartomizers (a 2-piece e-cig) and 510 and 4081 tend to be 3-piece models????
Your best bet might be to find a good 510 or ego kit, and if necessary an adapter to use your cartos (assuming you have leftovers).
Stick around and there may be someone who has had a "Breathe Fresh" and can shed some more light on the subject.

I would put my money on a 510 or 4081 that is now marketed with cartos. If you look on the website at the Why Breathe
Fresh eCigs box it looks like those are 3 piece units and that is probably what was sold by them initially. I will check around to see if I can find out more.

ya its a two piece model...works really well so far...I just dont like the limited amount of flavour cartomizers they sell....I thought I wouldnt want any of the flavoured stuff but now i want to try some of the exotic stuff and just want to make sure I order the right model.
i got one just like that from a gas station for 10 bucks just to see what the e cig thing was, u know jst try it and if its not for me chunk it purchase, actually it was good enough that a week later i was online doing research and four days after that had my kgo. So for what they r its good that someone can try it cheap but there isnt much choice in cartos u can however pop off the white plastic piece and soft ring inside when it goes dry and put any juice u want i did it and my gf still uses it and my mom went and got two so to hav an xtra batt.
jc, would you like one of us to send you a used up 510 to see if it screws on?

I'm sure you can clean and refill those cartomizers yourself, all you need to do is buy some juice seperately.
Or you can just take a shot at spending a few bucks and get some 510 and/or RN4081 cartomizers and see if they fit.

I have a no name cheap ecig that has thread & carto threaded end just like that one and my 510 attys & cartos fit it. Like somebody above said, attys are cheap so I would just buy 1. You'd only be out a few bucks.
i'm almost sure it is a RN 4081. it looks just like my Njoy Npro which is a RN 4081 and they offer a 2n1 (cartomizer) with the newer ones. the only dif in his picture is the metal on his is more silver looking. the njoy has more of a gold tint to it. i haven't looked at the 510 upclose yet. mine wont come in untill monday.
if it ends up being a 510 connection the next thing you need to try has to be 510 l/r and mega l/r 1.7 cartos
OP, I ordered from this company as well for a couple of months until getting off my .... and doing some research. They have overpriced products and very faulty equipment. I would look for an alternative if I were you.
There are actually many vendors out there that sell this design. SafeCig is another that sells it. I am thinking its a RN 4081 but not positive. I wrote to Breath Fresh and asked so we will see what they have to say. Most if not all of the cheap rip off companies seem to be using this model. I will post back when I hear from Breath Fresh
