What nicotine strength are you using?

It varied between camel menthol, menthol crush, and menthol silver.. whatever was the $1.00 off pack LOL.. when I had to slum it I think the brand was.. um.. pallmall menthol I think

If you dont mind me asking, when you smoked stinkies, how much and what brand?

Yeah I wanted to start higher and taper down if need be and not the other way down.. just didn't want to get something too low and end up craving a regular cig. I chain vape it.. but from what I've heard it's still much less nicotine then what you'd get in a pack of cigs..

Yeah, I am actually worried my tolerance for nic is going up at this point, I originally ordered 1.2 and 1.8 and was fine, but now I am chain vaping 2.4 and

the 1.2's just sorta annoy me.

Happy not smoking though, so don't get me wrong.

What I've found in almost a year of vaping is adjustment to the lower nicotine intake. For the first couple months, I could never "catch up" when vaping, although it was enough to keep me off the smokes. Since then, I've found that I've fully adjusted to the lower level of nicotine, and never feel I can't get enough. I'd say it stepping it down to about 12 mg looks promising.

When I think about the route of administration of nicotine when smoking, it's no wonder it's so psychologically addictive, as well as physical. Any lightning fast absorption of such a strong dose is going to be highly addictive with any drug.

Now a word of caution. Everyone is different so New Vapers be very careful about vaping at my level. I'm very insensitive to
nicotine. Currently I vape at around 42mg and am thinking about making it higher. This level is unsafe for many people, so do so at your own risk.

I began DIY around a month ago and I buy 60mg VG Base from RTS Vapes and cut it with around 30% flavorings including Everpure.
I developed an allergy to PG so had to switch to VG and my favorite company Halo doesn't make a primarily VG liquid.

Doesn't matter because I have so much fun making my own concoctions.

I couldn't imagine vaping at 6mg. I'd never have the unit out of my mouth.
