I'm guessing you are meaning which non-mod e cigs are people using...
I use a Halo Triton. Very nice ego style and far better than a generic ego twist battery and and iClear 16 tank. Flavors are better IMO, and the 650 mah Triton battery outlasts the 1100 mah twist (at around 3.9v). The iClear 16 just feels cheap to me.
