a lot of my buddies (non e-cig users) say that AVP's are portable hookas because of the variety of flavors it has. Do you think it started off as that before people added nicotine to it?

No, they were created for the purpose of simulating a cig experience without the cancer. If you want a hooka experience get some midnight apple e liquid.

No, but I can understand the logic behind it. With a heck-of-a-lot-bigger-than-a-analog pv it does feel more like a hooka. Especially with a ming drip tip.
Yeah when I use my Vision Spinner and Vivi Nova I can't help but think it's like a little hookah. The person who introduced my to e-cigs won't use a setup like that because they consider them to be taboo like a hookah. I've only used a hookah a few times when younger and I guess there is a similarity in taste and feel.

I let my buddy try my ecig (provari) and he liked it because of the flavor and asked how much I got it for and I told him and he just told me "I'll stick to the hookah ...." lol.
after using mine at work, a few of my coworkers bought some ecigs with ejuice without nicotine because they "wanted to smoke hookah at work too"

I can't remember which vendor had it so I don't have a link, but I saw a two hose e-hookah set-up. You could even add water so it bubbled.
I have one big Vivi Nova tank on one of my eGo batteries, and have heard plenty of hookah comments.
