Hey everyone...I just got my sidesho today and so far I'm loving it.

I threw on a menthol pre filled cart and after a little while noticed somewhat of a burning taste I think. It was definitely different even tho am still getting lots of vapor. I've been holding the ecig with the light facing up because I'm super paranoid about leaking juice into the battery. So I opened the cartridge and it looks like there's still quite a bit of juice in there. Should I do my best to always keep it upright or at least flat to avoid leaking into the battery or should I tilt it downwards at times so the juice can flow from the cart to the atty?

Thanks for all your help. Looking forward to quitting analogs and becoming at least a temporary vaper!

I don't buy auto battery ecigs.

I hold my index finger on the button (or if it is raining, my thumb on the button)

I don't use carts. Carts like to dump their juice no matter how careful you are. When I did use carts I tried to keep the cart lower when I was not using the ecig to try to keep the juice in the cart. And I kept the mouth end higher when I was dragging, hoping any loose liquid would go in the atomizer and get atomized rather than in my mouth. But I was using manual batteries so I did not have to worry as much about damaging them. Even manuals with a hole in the end are harder to damage than autos.

Now I only use cartomizers. Boge cartos on 510 and Vapor4Life cartos on KR808D-1. I remove the soft cap, fill them carefully, clean up well, do everything I can to make sure they won't drip. Occasionally they still drip a bit but I have not damaged anything because only a small amount leaks and I have manual batteries - I just wipe it up well. With cartos, when I am not using the ecig I lay it flat.
