I've tried to get advice on what I'm working with but when ever I try to link to the site I got my setup from the link is censored. I'm just trying to understand why this would happen. Does a supplier have to establish some kind of relationship with ECF to even be mentioned on ECF? Does that relationship involve the exchange of money or simply information? Just trying to understand how this environment works.
