I'd recommend the Sigelei 150W. Fits right in your price range/power needs, and it can indeed be shipped to Canada.
Other options are the P4U IPV4, and the IPV Mini (which has 70W I believe).
But I stand by the Sig150 pretty strongly.

I just ordered a sig 150 yesterday. Should be here tomorrow. Wish I had seen that deal, but they don't have it in blue. I REALLY wanted blue(and was willing to pay a bit more to get it).

I have a question about the iPV Mini 2 70W
I have read that it says you can go as low as .2 ohms.
I'm currently right at .2 ohms on a mechanical mod (caravela clone). If I used an iPV Mini 2 with my atty as it is, would I have similar results?
It says it takes the same battery (18650). Mine are 3.7V, 35A. According to an online calculator, this voltage at my resistance (.2ohms) is 68.45 watts.
Ahh, I think I get it now... (a lower resistance would be above 70 watts, which is the maximum output of the device... right?)

Yes it will fire .2 . I usually build a little higher than that but did a build to verify. If you go below that though it will say low res on the display and will not fire. I use vtc4's. It's a stout little device and very user friendly.

there's another one you might want to look at it's the arrow 100w dual 18650 or the arrow2 they arround 50$ i have a version 1 and it works flawlessly and great battery life with a usb charge port on it and magnetic back cover
Another vote for a sigelei 150. A set of batteries should last you all day depending on how heavy you use it.
