Sadly the only two vape shops near me are an hour away and my time is limited. Thought I do visit them from time to time. Both are really good on knowledge and juice selection and it's just a pleasure to stop in at both. There a store closer by that sells vape equipment, but it's kind of overpriced and it's a counter in a store, rather then a vape B&M.

So does anybody want to open up a quality vape shop in Hershey PA so I don't have to drive as far?

There are about eight shops within a 15-minute drive of me--and lots more just a little further out--so I'm drowning in riches, apparently. I've only been to two of them and have returned to each for their house-brand liquids. I don't know anyone who vapes (most of my friends who smoked either quit or moved away), so I don't really like walking into a new store without being willing to purchase something, even if it's just liquid. Unfortunately for all involved, I'm pretty stocked up in that department for the moment, so the rest of the stores will just have to wait...

Meanwhile in the town time forgot.... We've yet to see a single real vape shop. There is a roll your own place that's making a horrid attempt into selling vape gear. I was hopeful and went in once, only once. All they had were "Puff King" mods  and they clearly had no idea what they were doing. I always dreamed of going to a vape store! Now I DIY and build my own coils, really don't need one anymore. Here you get self sufficient or smoke

I live in a relatively small town and there are 3 vape shops, 2 of which opened in the last month. One has been around for about a year and I went there a few times, but the owner is kind of snooty, and they are geared towards the college crowd, so I tried not to go there unless necessary.

I visited both of the new ones a couple of weeks ago. One was part of a chain and the manager was kind of rude, the prices were a bit high, and they seem to cater to a younger clientele. The other is a family owned business and they are really nice, the prices were comparable to online, and the inventory is pretty good. I think I'll be dealing with them from now on.

The store I go to most often and return to when I am in the area always gives me free stuff every time I visit. One visit it might be a 3ml juice sample, next visit a meter of kanthal ribbon and the next visit a meter of silica wick but they always seem to give me something. It is usually not much but does allow me to try things I would otherwise not have access to or know about.

I have visited a few in my area. One, where I actually started vaping and got my initial set-up, I visit quite often. I have become friends with the owner and he and I will sit and shoot the breeze for an hour or so on each visit. He is very friendly and generally sticks up conversations with everyone who comes in (some just don't want to talk, get their stuff and go, and he respects that).

Another one in my area has nice, knowledgeable employees, but it is totally different atmosphere; music videos blazing in the background, groups of younger patrons blowing the biggest clouds they can. I am in my 60's and that is not the type of place I enjoy.

I enjoy seeing the equipment that I read about on this forum and other sites and learning as much as I can about this technology.

As for what I want in a B&M: selection, knowledge, comfortable atmosphere, people willing to help me understand the products I am considering. I have, in my limited time involved in vaping, made most of my purchases from B&M's versus on-line. As my knowledge and experience grow I may move toward more on-line shopping looking for cost savings.

Wow, didn't realize how longwinded this post was.... sorry....

None, never even seen one actually. Closet is 2 grueling hours away.
I visited two last January. One was in a 100 year-old wood building with butted floorboards that let the dirt up from the ground. The sales person went into the back room and mixed a bottle of e-liquid for me. That store was a perfect poster child for FDA regulations. The second store was in an abandoned Medical building. I talked the fellow into picking me up a smoktec air regulator. He had access to a local wholesaler I wasn't familiar with. The guy tried to sell it for $2 over MSP. I won't be going into anymore vape bars. I make my own e-liquid and order hardware online. Turns out 'The Flavor Apprentice' is only forty mins away from me.

I went into a B&M store on Sunday for the first time to buy some Suicide Bunny. I knew the price would be the same as online since the creator of SB does not allow for any markup on her juice. In fact, if you report a store that charges more than $22 a bottle, she will take them off her distribution list. Anyway, I noticed that most of the tanks cost double than what you can purchase online and there didn't seem to be much of a selection. For instance, one man bought a Nautilus tank for $40!! I thought that was a pretty big markup. They were also out of quite a few juices, although they did have one bottle of the SB that I was looking for. This is the biggest vape shop in my area, but I'm going to visit some relatives in another area next week, so I'm going to check out stores there.

I go to a local shop called Vapers Way. I love the place. Their prices when it comes to clearomizers, wicks and all of that good stuff is as low as I've seen it on line. Their juice is awesome and produced in house. The best liquid I've ever tasted. I've tried numerous other companies and seriously, nothing beats them. Especially their Mango Mint Mojito and Sweet Tobacco flavors. It's also a family run business, which I totally respect. I should probably quit with the hype, but they're a really awesome shop.

I use Peace Out Vapes in Kernersville, NC because they are all about "let me show you what I use.. here try mine (putting a safety tip on of course) .. I buy something.. "here, let me put that together for you and fill it up).. hey-- if you buy that one bottle of liquid, you get a second one free today .. what flavor would you like??? very nice people..

I have several store around me but the one who gets all my business is Magic Dragon Vapes in Clearwater. The 3 people who work there are all very knowledgeable and friendly. And, the first name basis thing goes a long way with me. I expect a markup and there's is by far the cheapest in my area. I do my best to support them. My only one complaint is a limited offering of tobacco flavors, which is all I vape.
