Hi All.

I recently got a VAMO V2. great device by the way, and have been using it with the fiddly vision tanks.
my tanks are going bad (the atomizer in them) so it's time to buy new ones.

I'd like to reduce the size of the Vamo so I'd like to buy a 18350 battery and a tank that is smaller, and more reliable than the visions (they're big and the VAMO needs an adapter to use them)

Any recommendations, and what to buy, and where to buy them?

I don't know the diameter of the Vamo but if you are into carto tanks then Phiniac.com has excellent, leakproof and very durable pyrex tanks. The reg size or the skinny phinny should work great on your vamo. If you are looking for replaceable head type tanks than there's the Vivi Nova's and T3 which are pretty popular right now.

Hi Casual. There are three types of "tanks" currently on the market, anything 510 threaded will work with your VAMO (not the eGo-threaded though):

1) ready to go "as is" tanks, like ViVi Nova (top coil) and Kanger ProTank (bottom coil); they just need to filled with eliquid. They come with replaceable coils, which is a very nice feature. Kanger ProTank is a bit smaller in diameter than your VAMO, but it will work well.

2) carto tanks; they need to have a pre-punched cartomizer installed inside the tank. Some of the more popular ones are IBTanked--they are inexpensive and good for beginners.

3) RBAs (rebuildable atomizers)--for advanced vapers only, like this AGA-T2.

I can't tell you where to get those as you live in Australia and I don't know where you shop, but they shouldn't be too hard to find.
