My Dad asked me if the Police pulled me over and saw all those bottles of juice, PV and blunt syringe what would you say? Op stated he might just want to tell the truth and was asking for feedback from those in a similar scenario.

As long as its not illegal wherever you are - just tell them the truth. To my knowledge it's not outlawed anywhere in the US, but I could be wrong.

I got pulled over 2 days ago for speeding and had my ecig in the passenger seat. The officer thought it was a pipe, but I just held it up, told him it was an ecig and it was over.

Should be nothing to worry about.

In the U.S. it is NOT illegal to possess a PV or juice. As for the blunt syringe they'd be nutz/ asking for a lawsuit if they hassled you for it. Just remember be polite, calm, cool and respectful. I've converted 3 cops and they think it's great. Above all remember you are NOT breaking the law.

There were no rules broken and it was a legitimate question/ concern. The rare time rules are broken is when someone mentions "funny stuff". As mentioned it is a great post and left there long enough this could prolly be a "12 Pager" with lottsa replies.

No problem, I guess - I have no idea what the question was, though

Assuming I understand what it was, let me just say that my guess is at least some departments had training on these because I am vaping in my car all the time and made eye contact with police many times and there was at no point any sort of alert in their eyes. I may be naive, but I respect police officers since I used to interact with them at work at some point and, at least here, they have a hard life. (Which doesn't mean I don't hate them and tell them so when they just fundraise for the municipality by giving out ridiculous speeding tickets).

Also, it may help having a couple of those business cards a lot of juice and device vendors send out with their products.

ETA: or an ECF business card (what do I get for pitching ECF (free) products?)

I really look forward to the day when vaping is so commonplace that no one feels that they need to be 'in the closet" about it and such questions aren't necessary. We really deserve better in a so-called "free society".
