Use manual batteries, standard or xl. The Joye 510 mega xl manuals are very nice - 70% more charge and they seem to hold the voltage plateau up better.

And IMO do not buy the 510-T because its charger will fry normal 510 batteries. Just buy a 510-T atty and 510-T tanks if you want to try tanks.

My own opinion - nothing I would waste my time on thought a few people like them. 510-T tanks hold no more than a 510 cartridge. And your flavors still get mixed together in the atomizer - it's not like you can cleanly switch flavors because you got tanks. Most people prefer cartomizers for their favorite juices - they have limited lives but you get a fresh atomizer in each one and your favorite flavors are totally separate. They hold twice as much juice as a 510 cart and provide a more consistent vaping experience. Boge are the most popular cartos for slim 510 (Boge 510 standard resistance aka 2.8-3.0 ohms are what the slim 510 uses. The LR 2.0 ones are only for fat battery models and mods)

In stuffing cartos I use juices with 20% VG or less to get good life out of the carto and I avoid any juice that drop sa lot of flavoring sediment in the stuffing

if you get tanks, they like 20-30% VG juices
