Your question is kind of confusing, you want to make your own attys?
If you can do that you should let all us know how because so far only one guy has managed to make them from scratch.

You need to do a lot of reading on the forum if you don't want to waste a lot of time trying to "invent" what has already been tried hundreds of times before.

You could start with this:

and this...

and this...

and so on. ;)

ok what type of jack would they be considered one is bigger then the other lets say the supermini is 1/2" and the 510 as 1/4 " its not a rugular 1/4 in phone jack would it be called a bananna, iknow its not a bnc or pl connector such as pl259 and its not regular rcajacks conector the threaded portions of either "male"atty end(jack) or female battery end(jack) the size really makes no difference to me cause once i find the type of jack that is used i can get different size thredded ones

I'm really sorry but I can't understand what you type.

Did you read anything from the links I provided in my last post?

I lost him at the PL259 connector. That bad boy is a WWII design adopted by IBM for their "networks" back in the mid to late 70s. I soldered dozens of them together. The circumference of that connector is akin to large pocket change. LOL

yes i read a lot of links and all the stuff others have posted in this post by potter_s
"atomizer disection and re-assembly "they call it the battery terminal

there is an actual name for this part that part is called a ?????
lets me use a cb radio for example say the cb radio is the battery for -ecig and the coaxle wire would be the atomizer
on the cb radio(battery portion of e-cig) the connector is called an so-239 connector that is female
and on the coaxle (attomizer) is called pl-259 connector this is a male end
my question is this what r the actuall names of those type of jacks called for the ecig

I think I got it.......the answer is NO! Ecigs use a proprietary design for the connectors between battery and atomizer. They are used for ecigs and nothing else. Your only resource for these mating connectors will be the actual manufacturer of an ecig. OK?

I agree. I *think* you "got it".

I would just add this to the answer. What the modders are doing is adapting what is plentiful to us and making it work with the e-cig. The links provided by Warp should have made that abundantly clear. Cisco's fine research in supplying us with actual thread sizes, tap sizes, drill sizes, tube diameters and where to buy the same is extremely helpful.

ok thank you for your help looks like ill have to get a tap and die set and start making some the 901 charger is easy cause the threaded rca seems to screw right on so ill just have to re thread one for my 510 so on thanx again

:confused::confused::confused:

You are a really odd character my friend.

Could you please re-read your own posts and realize that you can't type?

I recommended you read through the forum, because it is obvious you have no clue about what you are trying to do or how to type.

I understand that some people are lazy to read or search for information, and some others don't have the time or patience, but as I mentioned you will save a lot of time.

RCAs DO NOT screw right in to a 901.

You don't have to "manufacture" your connectors, you can extract it from a dead battery or atomizer, or you can also purchase them from others here in the forum.

BTW, the CB radio analogy was golden!

yes im a little nuts lol.. i actually wanted todo a few things i wanted to modify my charger to accept different e-cig batteries so i wouldnt need to buy different chargers. and all my ecigs are new espeacially my 510 only 2 days old i didnt want to take them apart..and as far as getting an old atomizer or battery off people on the forum i didn't think people would part with them. yes i know my typing is horrable and i cant spell lmao. and warp make that 2 people you now know that has made an atomizer from scratch. i just needed a jack to solder the wires on to. as far as the tube used i showed the guy at the scarp yard what i needed and he held some metal off to the side for me . all my parts for the atomizer have been upgraded to better quality i can not say exactly what i used yet. I am waiting for a patent on it. i used used the cb analogy just because i am a ham radio operator and that was the simpelist thing that came to mindlol there is no burnt taste or worry about fibers getting into lungs or anything like that with my atty's.
one i recieve an answer on my patent then i will post specs for all to see.
If one is looking for materials to try different things goto a scrap yard that gives you $ for scrap metal saves a lot of $ on experimenting parts :) and most will always be willing to sell you all the different types of metal at cheapest prices around:)
