Is this a device you will be using to quit smoking cigs? If so best off with a high ohm, mouth to lung setup with a high nicotine liquid.

If you are getting one for cloud chasing, low ohm, high wattage, direct to lung with 0 nicotine.

There are that many different setups covering everything that it's almost impossible to recommend without knowing what you actually want from the device.

Depends on if this is to quit smoking, and how heavy a smoker you are, but here are a couple of cheaper, easier starters.
