U.K.
I use an ego twist 1100mah
Iclear 16 2.1ohm

What would be the voltage suitable for this?

I find that the higher the voltage the dryer my mouth gets... Not sure if it's from the PG or VG since my liquid is 70%VG 30%PG

I notice that the dry mouth doesn't occur in my small ego 650mah ... But high voltage tastes SO good

I would say it would be some where around 3.9 to 4.3 volts

thats about 7-8 watts...its been a while but back when i vaped off the beginner type stuff....7-8 watts would normally be the sweet spot...really though i would just go by taste and throat hit and feel

^This

If my math was correct, 4.3 volts on a 2.1 ohm coil is right around 8.8 watts. Like mentioned, go by taste and throat hit, and adjust until you find a voltage that suits what you are looking for.

3.7 volts.

You can tweak it up or down from there by up to 0.5 volts.

Yeah, dry mouth is something you just gotta get used to with vaping. I take a sip of water or some beverage after every few hits to even things out.

More VG helps, but I've found that a lot of basic toppers like clearomizers have a lot of difficulty wicking high VG juice. Best to just vape what you prefer taste wise and drink more :)

I would like to know how do you know the exact voltage for coil resistance

There's no exact voltage;
the equipment is intended for use on lithium battery power; lithium batteries operate at 3.7 volts nominal.
Working voltage range is 3.3 volts to 4.2 volts.

it's my opinion and probably the general consensus here at ecf that higher ratio vg liquids require more voltage than if you were using a high PG liquid

70% vg is a pretty high percentage ....so you ought will probably be happier at the higher range that's been given

still it really is a matter of preference...thats the whole reason you bought a vv device....so play with it, find what works
