Hi

Are using a standard battery or variable voltage?

If it's a standard battery lower ohms will give you a warmer vape and somewhat more vapor, depending on the juice you use. Warmer can sometimes mean it burns more easily. The way to get the most noticeable increase in vapor is to raise the vg ratio.

Hi All, I am a noob (just started a few months ago), I have an ego-T 1100maH kit running a MT-3 clearomiser with a 2.4ohm bottom coil,
and useing bought juice so I don't know the percentage of PG to VG, (think it's prob 70/30). my question is If I change the coil for a 2.0 or 1.8ohm will I get thicker vapour?

Hi,

You would probably be better running the 1.8 coils, as the lower resistance coils heat up faster= more vapour :)

I meant ordering more vg in the ratio when you buy liquid. You can certainly add vg directly, but you will be sacrificing some of the flavor and nicotine content. I just wanted you to be aware of that. Also, when you get into high levels of vg, there are potential wicking problems, as it is more viscous than pg.

Most of the e liquids I have been buying have been high PG based, I wanted to increase the smoke (for a better throat hit), thanks for the advice I'll take that into account when adding the VG like adding some extra Nic, (Being careful to watch the concentration)

Increasing the VG will give you more vapor but less hit. Going to the 2.0 ohm coil will send more power to the coil and increase your hit, flavor and the amount of vapor
