I would just start out low on the voltage and gradually increase it a little at a time till you like it. If it starts tasting burnt or anything back it down a tad. There's really no right or wrong answer it's really personal preference.

start low and move up gradually.
there is no best voltage for a coil based on knowing only the ohms.
a coil head also can have a break in period where you work it low at first, but then after a while - maybe a day, you find it works better at higher voltage because it wicks faster after a while.
Different joos will react differently at different voltwangs. If you put some FA Fuji apple in there it will explode no matter what voltwang you dial.. Its to gotdarn good no atomizer can handle it..
Off the top of my head I cannot tell you the limits of your battery but if it's only a 4.8v then I don't think it will maximise the full potential of a 1.5 ohm coil. But I might be wrong about that.
The Spinner probably has a 2.5 amp limit so to be able to use all of the voltage range it has I would buy 2 ohm coils. What will happen with 1.5 ohm coils is the Spinner won't actually go over about 3.5V and you'll loose the lower power output. In other words, it will still make full power, but you won't be able to turn it down as much as with a 2 ohm coil.
On the other hand try it and see how you like it, specially if you already have 1.5 ohm coils
