So I've been wrapping coils for my Russian and drippers for a while now. I've done 0.8 dual coil for my dripper and 1.3 for my Russian. Done them for months. My wife vapes as well. Using a aspire nautilus. She happy, so I'm happy!

Well the dardest thing happened tonight....my wife burned her coil in the nautilus. She wasn't paying attention and ran outta juice. No biggie. I'll just pull another coil out of the package. Well guess what, there wasn't any nautilus coils left! Now she has stolen my Russian and I'm left with the dripper.

Back to the actual topic of the thread.......why didn't I just buy her a Russian, or any kayfun style?!? I've probably spent 100 dollars on coils for her tank when I could have been rebuilding them for 3 cents?!?! Needless to say, she's getting a surprise tank tomorrow!

You can rebuild your Nautilus coils.

Yup, just rebuild the coils for her unless you tossed them. Budget vaper in my keeps everything and repurpose things.

I have not had any luck rebuilding used Nautiluses coils - they might vape good for a toot or two. Then I tried to rebuild a brand new one - no issue. So my Russian 91% and Kayfun Lite Plus v2 are my primary tanks - as well as my wife's.

I feel your pain. I let the missus pick her own tank out a few weeks ago and she got an aspire BDC. Those coils are darned hard to re wrap. Last time i let her get anything but an ego tank
