What was it's name...? Wooden Box Mod.

A few days ago while I was flipping through the forum I came across a box mod that caught my attention. It was a 18650 wood box mod but not like most of the wooden box mods we see. It was about an inch and a half wide and deep and looked maybe about 5 inches high. Basically it looked to be about half the size of a normal wooden box mod and took a single 18650 battery and that was all the room inside the box, it looked to have all the circuits right above the battery and below the 510 connection with a horn button on the side.

Does anyone know the name of this mod and where I can find it again? Thanks.
