My usual CIG stores miss me. Anytime I stop in for other items they ask "pack of newport right?".

I started with 555, then moved on to Benson & Hedges. That quickly turned to Newport. ($7.00 per pack when I started)
For a few months at a time, I did smoke Dunhill Reds, Nat Sherman Classics, ($13 per pack at that time)

I always ended up back to Newport or Marlboro Menthol lights. ($12.00 per pack currently)

I kind of alternated every couple of months:

Marlboro Smooth
L&M Bold
Nat Sherman Classics
Camel Crush
Camel No. 9
Camel No. 9 Menthol
Camel Menthol
Black and Mild (Gold's, wine's, regulars, fast breaks)
Swisher Sweets
Little Phillies
Vaquero Little Cigars
Cheyenne Little Cigars

Then there were the various ligero and maduro cigars, hoards of shisha.

Now I pretty much only have a cigar, a B&M, or shisha once in a while, socially.

Can I get 2 packs of Marlboro Menthol Lights in a Box Please. Kinda miss saying that LOL (not for the ciggs just got so used to saying it for 15 years and talking to the cashiers, heck I dont even go to gas stations anymore unless I need some gas ha)

And I'm saving a ton of money on OTHER things besides cigarettes too! I always had to pick up a 20 ounce soda, some snacks, some gum or something. My trip to the corner store for cigarettes ended up costing me around $14 per day. Crazy!!

I started out smoking a pipe. Latakia was my favorite tobacco. After a few years, I noticed that I had begun inhaling the smoke. I knew that that would be bad for my health so I decided to smoke one pack of Kools to break myself of the habit. That didn't work out as I had planned and I continued to smoke Kools. When I decided to quit, I tried just about every menthol juice I could find. My Reo is filled with WTA menthol from Aroma and my Vmod is filled with Minthol.

Started with Marlboro back when they were about 35 cents a pack. Tried a couple lighter/cheaper brands back in the 80's, but when Marlboro Mediums came out in the 90's, I switched to them for the duration. They were around $5 a pack when I started vaping back in late 2009. Our state gubbermint geniuses just passed a $1.60/pack tax increase this week, glad to not be paying for that. I just recently threw out a few dusty packs from 2009 that I'd kept out in the garage for posterity.

Started with Marlboro reds when i was 14. I wasn't a heavy smoker back then. A pack would last me months. It was a once in awhile type of thing. Then i turned 18.

I used camel special lights for maybe a year and switched to Marlboro lights for maybe a year. Then i switched again to camel lights and stuck with those for the next 11 years.

When i started buying them when iwas 18, a pack was $3.50. Currently, a pack is $5.35 and it's about to shoot up to around $7 to pay for our new football stadium here in mn. i think it's ironic they are making smokers pay for a stadium they will not be able to smoke in. Looks like i discovered vaping just in time

Amen! Wasn't that just a brilliant solution - "Let's see, the ridiculous electronic pull-tabs didn't work, so what should we do? A-ha! We'll make the smokers pay for the stadium!"

Started with Marlboro in middle school, switched to Newports by high school, met my husband in college and bummed so many Marb lights off him I just got used to them, but when I did buy my own I went with Parliament. That way he'd never want to bum from me lol. But after we got married it was back to marb lights. Somehow buying one carton twice a week seemed cheaper than buying two cartons once a week...
