What was your first Fasttech order and recommendations?

So I'm thinking about making my first vape related fasttech order and wondered what your first order consisted of? I'm feeling overwhelmed

In case it's relevant (for accessories maybe and to avoid repeat orders), here's what I currently have:

My first order was a Steam Turbine genesis-style atomizer, with a Maraxus clone mechanical mod.

Both of which were stolen by US customs

I have, however, braved the waters, and ordered again, and actually received my items, so guess I was just unlucky that one time.

I have a Kayfun 3.1 on the way, it shipped today. I ordered it 9 days ago. It was 20 dollars. I have high hopes, but you know... I will say, I really dont want to pay three times as much locally. I feel like I am doing good enough supporting their E~liquid production.

Wow, not good so far! Did you get a reason why they were taken, or did they just go 'missing'? I haven't had many good experiences with customs in the UK. I've had innocent items being confiscated because they deem them illegal weapons (work tools and some pointy things), trying to charge me $75 import fees on a $10 flashlight, bumping small orders up by 30-50%, ripping open packages before shoddily resealing them. The list goes on!

i got batteries that took about a month to get to me. hard to pass up the deal of about half the price of everywhere else.

Nope, just the package slit open with a knife, and re-sealed with green "inspected by US customs and border patrol" tape. Sad thing is they left the wick and wire from the steam turbine in there to freakin' tease me.


Also, just decided to tempt fate again, and placed an order for a fogger v2, 3x replacement glass, 4x mod holder for car, 2x 24 hole acrylic stands. Crossing my fingers as it makes it way across the ocean.

You can't legislate for customs actions. Keep your orders about the $20 free shipping limit and do multiple orders if you are getting a lot. The value is immense though vs UK prices. In my experience, the fasttech Sold 3.1 is the best one out there including the original. The reason is because it has the best airflow. I have the Original, Russian, 4 different Clones.

To the original question, My first order were lots of Egos sticks and a bunch of 510 dripping Atomizers.

I dont order much from there anymore unless its something like Kafun or Taifun clones, Rebuildable drippers like the Trident. I also always order 7 or 10 Packs of Drip Tips ( Im always dropping My Semovars and ProVari's and breaking Tips)

I will occasionally order Mechs, SVD's and MVP's for new Vapors as a treat or gift.

I tested the waters first with a tiny order of bottles (5 pack) and a dripping atomizer... Total was $9 or so. It shipped out and made it in 3 weeks. So I placed a second order... More bottles and a few other things. It went smooth. So now I ordered a higher dollar amount. It's been a week so far.

Sure...there are some horror stories with customs. It happens. It's just a part of how it works. If you want this big of a discount on your gear you just have to take chances. You may lose 1 shipment out of 40. But after 1 order you've saved enough to offset if you ever lose an order at customs.

I break my orders up so that no one order has more than 20 or 30 bucks in it. That way if it gets seized I haven't lost a lot.

And yes.... If you want to move up to a higher level of convenient vaping, the kayfun is an absolute must.

Its like going to watch a baseball game and ordering a water and some chips..........No. You go to the stadium and you have to have a hotdog and some beer. Its just "the right thing to do"

I think I'm going to be looking through all this good stuff all night! I'm ordering the Kayfun right now and I've already found a few little bits for another order tomorrow, including a clone Vapelyfe drip tip for $2.05! I'll be taking the advice of splitting orders to lower the risk of a bunch of stuff going missing, so thank you all for the valuable advice!

I bought a Patriot clone (awesome but the post holes are small), and 3 drip tips. I paid extra for the upgraded shipping I think it was like an additional 2 dollars. I got everything in like 3 weeks.

I've heard horror stories about fasttech but personally have not experienced them. According to ppl at my local shop it really depends on what you are ordering.

We certainly do Pie and peas with plenty of beer goes down well at sporting events

I figure I will buy another of the Kayfun Clones as soon as the first one arrives. Just slowly build up my collection since I dont like to mix tanks with juice. As has already been said, it has the best design of most of the clones I have seen. If I am seen as exploiting over worked Chinese that get paid next near to nothing, than so be it.

As of today i made 36 orders from FT since May 2013. I've been lucky and not a single order got lost or delayed too much(max delivery time was 20 days)

My first order were a couple of Liqua 18mg liquids (energy drink, my adv for the last year)

Like you i used carto tanks and kanger products, after buying my first 3.1KF from FT i didn't go back. I also recommend Liqua liquids or hangsen

Check out the Liqua Juice too, very decent for the price, some of the Hangsen is ok too. Far better than UK liquid prices. My day to day liquids are Liqua blends with the odd UK premium juice to mix things up.
