I got a 30 ml bottle of 11 ml cappuccino which I would like to cut further as I vape a lot hence looking into 'doublers'. What flavor do you think would go well with cappuccino?

I honestly would think maybe ultimate vanilla, vanilla goes good with EVERYTHING
One other thing. There is the option to pick a ratio of VG 10-50 percent for your doubler. The stuff I have is 11 mg all PG. I'm wondering if I should go with a doubler 50 % VG as I will diluting it with my existing PG. I've heard that an 80/20 is a popular ratio. I plan on mixing my entire 30ml PG with a doubler to try and achieve the 80/20 ratio. So does it make more sense to go with a 50% VG in doubler. Thanks! I hope I wasn't too confusing.
If you add VG, you'll get more vapor. If you like a nice cloud (and I do), 20-30% VG will do the trick.
What will get you that ratio depends on how much of each flavor you mix. And, of course, don't forget that adding a doubler rather than an e-liquid will dilute the nicotine strength of what you are vaping.
You have cappuccino that is 11mg, 100% PG that you want to mix with a doubler that is 50% PG
If you mix it with an equal amount of that doubler your end result will be
5.5mg & 75% PG (25% VG)
If you mix it 2/3 e-liquid and 1/3 doubler your end result will be
7.4mg, 67% PG/33% VG
Also, caramel is another good flavor for cappuccino
