Got an itch today, really feel like this product is gonna be VERY popular with current smokers once more catch onto it. No one wants to buy it till they see it for themselves though, its more of a viral product in that sense. The more people who get one, them more people who will want one, or 2.

So with that in mind, I picked up a website name today.
Gonna be a while before I have the cash to make a bulk purchase from a wholesaler. but what do you guys think of this domain name :)

I think it has a cool ring to it, and pretty damn true to product use.

When I read you say "Viral product" an idea came to me. In less then a week 5 people I know have decided to e-smoke when they either run out of "real" cigs or when pay day comes. You're right that people see an e-cigarette and then want one.

So I was wondering why no one seems to have set up "E-smoking parties"? Like Tupper-ware or Ann Summers parties but for selling E-cigarettes, carts and refill liquid. Even getting people who already run on of the parties, selling make up, tupper ware or lingerie, also selling e-smoking products.

I really think that this would work well for someone with either the money or the products to set it up. Even selling door to door like Avon would also be good IMO. Although I do think that E-Smoke parties would be the best way to go. If I'd been introduced to e-smoking this way I know I would've bought much more then I did from the internet.

It was mainly because many people, (myself included) think that this all sounds too good to be true. As soon as I started though I was hooked. Seeing and trying for real, rather then on the internet is a much better way to sell. A lot of people still distrust the internet and many people also distrust any thing new. It's the fear of change.

If I had the money I would give up my job and set up "E-Smoke" parties and also sell packs to agents to sell at their own parties. Like you said, it's a viral product and I believe that selling this way would rocket the sales. First timers would probably buy the starter packs. Return customers would be able to get carts and supplies. You could even give out your internet shop address to customers at these parties. Once they've been "converted" and see for themselves how great this product is, they would trust buying their supplies and refills from the internet.

WHat does anyone else think? I'd be interested to know what current sellers and suppliers think of this idea.

Everyone I've shown my e-cig to either wants one or wants to buy one for someone they love. I've even had some non-smokers think it's cool. When I tell them about the 0 nic carts they go out and buy one cause it's cool. Smoking cool? Did I time travel back to highschool?

I thought that the bigger e-cig companies could support us by maybe providing business cards. On the front of the card has pictures and information. On the back ordering information w/ a special code. Every regular customer would get a different code. When the new customer put in the code they will 5% off the total order. And a credit will go toward the person that refered them. 5 or so credits and you've got a free pack of carts in the mail.

I think 40 quid would be OK at a party for a starter pack. You could say that instead of postal costs the fiver difference is for set up costs.

Basically the buyer is still paying the same price they would if they ordered online so the extra 5 quid is for the person running the party.

I've been telling people that the starter packs costs about 40 pounds and they all thought that was an OK price.

(For some reason this site won't let me type the pound sign, so I've had to say it in word instead :( )
