The button on the Buzz is one of the best parts about it. Very easy to press. Reccessed so its pocket friendly. It's one of the nicest buttons Ive ever pressed and it's rated at one million presses.

I'll take a Buzz over a precious any day. The only other mod I was considering was the Prodigy V3. Money wasnt really an issue for me and I chose the Buzz.
I have a V3 and bought it just before the Buzz came out - now I'm in line for a Precious. The V3 is great for a first HV mod or as a backup - its simple mechanical design is great if you don't need VV and I'd recommend it over a Buzz to a non techie (although the V3 isn't without its own finickiness). That said, you're comparing apples and oranges if you are looking at the old Precious L vs the Buzz. The original L was more comparable to the V3 and wasn't a VV device.
Comparing to the NEW Precious which we're expecting to ship any day, I don't see how you can say that. The Buzz is a great design and set the bar in June, but the new Precious raises the bar by being fully electronic with no mechanical moving parts, completely sealed, and providing VV confirmation without the need for a screwdriver and a meter. Documentation leads me to believe that the regulation and active protection circuitry on the new Precious leapfrogs what you have on the Buzz (again acknowledging it set or at least met the bar there in the early summer months). Maybe 3 months ago I would have agreed with your assessment, but not today. Especially if paying $50 or $60 more (50%) isn't a concern.
What about box mods? in addition to some of the recent VV and multi setting box mods, some of the juice feeder systems are pretty cool and arguably offer more than the flashlight mods.
If you got the money get a GGTS with the AVS.. I finally bit the bullet and purchased one.. OMG its awesome.. So awesome I purchased a second one..There is a learning curve with the AVS but only took me a day to figure it out. I think I dropped 600 bux 2 GGTS AVS with attys chargers and batteries... Ill never look back again.

Is it a bit on the big side? Or does it just look big in the pic? I'm sure it's wicked, never heard anything bad about it.
It just looks big.. I put it in my back pocket when I go places... Its not tiny but not huge either. I run 1 18650 with AVS its about 6'' long and the width is about the size of a roll of quarters. My other mod which was a bulli extreme was like 8'' long.. Didnt like the A1 it did not work very good at all.
What are you guys seeing? I can't see a photo on this site of it.

I think the GG is a great mod. There were some temporary distribution and perception issues (leave it at that) earlier in the year for a short time and some question around the juice dispenser, but it looks like they have all been worked out. I would have bought that over my V3 if I was able to get my hands on one at the time. The larger tube accepts 18mm batteries which has definite advantages - probably wouldn't see the difference in size unless you held them next to each other.... Anything in the works for variable voltage with the GG?

Ive been lurking the GG forum for months before i made the purchases.. Imeo the creator of the GG has something new coming out next week... He said its a suprise.. If its not a VV addon.. Im gonna by me a little sister and gut it for the GG varible and have a machine shop make a larger bottom cap to hold the little sister VV guts then Ill have the ultimate ecig.. I think.

I have a Copper, they do work fine, but watch your charger voltage. Its not hard to hit 7 volts with one. The batteries are a bit small too, for the size and weight of it. But they are tough.
The less electronics the better. I love my Omega. I've dropped it a bunch of times and it still works good as new. If I had the money I would pick up a Super T Precise. Both are completely mechanical and can do "6v" which is probably closer to that 5.5v under load that you are looking for.
Edit: You went with a copper. Isn't that also completely mechanical? I prefer a larger battery personally. For the price it seems like you can't go wrong with that copper. Good luck and post back with your impressions.
