Even if you use the same recipe as me mine are best! (i add the love) Ok i suppose time to be more serious. Not sure if this thread was created with the intention of actually finding the "best" or if just getting people talking about their opinion of what is "best"

As others have stated what I like you may not, and what you like I may not. I make DIY liquid and have several flavors that I love that others absolutely cannot stand. It just depends on what your flavor profile is.
MANY things can change the throat hit on juice. Heck different Nic has different hits... aged nic is different than freshly made (did a test with my Nude Nic since it is always fresh when you order it, and compared to some i let age to a light carmel color with no pink and not very dark) another thing that can change throat hit is % of PG, another thing is some people add liquor to their juice to add additional throat hit... some flavorings hit the throat differently for instance i have a strawberry that really hits the throat much different than another strawberry but if i lower the throat hit strawberry in percentage it doesnt hit as harsh on the throat... Too many variables to pin point just one
It's the same pg/vg and same brand. Just a different flavor. Dessert one has less throat hit then the cream one.
Then it is likely as someone stated in the DIY thread the PH of the flavoring. You woudl be surprised how many flavorings are made from real items
Different flavors are also detected in your mouth differently and in different areas.... easiest answer is it is part of the flavoring concentrate that gives it a different Throat hit.. This is also why some people use different amounts of heat and or air flow for different flavors to get a more consistent vape across the way

Go walk up Broadway in New York city and hang a left at 46th. Go to the first alley to the North and look for a guy named Skeeter. He wears a yellow fireman jacket with a fedora and bounces a racquet ball. Say "I hear the clouds are fluffy in the morning." He's say "You can smell the vanilla on them" Follow him up the alley out of prying eyes. He has some juice that is amazing! He imports it in aged casks from France where it's steep in dry caves for 12 months. Vape chilled after allowing it to breath for 30 minutes. Pair it Skittles.
Look for reviews on JuicedB and/or watch some Youtube reviews before buying a juice. I know taste is subjective, but some juice is just nasty and low quality. Even if they say they like a flavor, you can kind of tell by their faces if they really don't when it's on video. And if you want brutal honesty, are not easily offended and can handle some profanity, watch the videos of Convicted Vapes on Youtube. I almost fell off the bed laughing during their Juice Box ejuice review. They're not afraid to give brutal reviews to big name juice companies who send them free review products. Also, they report on if the nicotine is good quality or makes them feel bad after vaping it. He says, "This juice is subpar!" And it provides for good entertainment too.
