Just a bit of info:
Smallest one i saw was a buddy of mine tried to make one using a watch and a watch battery (he wanted to make a mod he could wear on his wrist) Didn't work too well but it was the smallest i had ever seen.

Whole ecig. You'd have a hard time finding one though. the LT V9a/b and V8 are easier to find. They come in a kit with one small and one large ecig the smaller of the two being 73mm.
