Mech the smallest I have seen so far is the panzer 105mm long 25mm dia and the Magneto pretty short @ 112mm length and 22mm dia

I believe the 4 nine is the smallest. I know infinite makes the clone for around 50 bucks and the original is around 100 bucks.

4-Nine is one of the smaller ones - it gets it's name because it's only 49mm tall (in 18350 mode obviously) It has a recessed bottom button and a hybrid type top to reduce the length.
I've been looking around and can't find the actual dimensions of the real one in 18650 mode but fasttech shows the clone as 79mm tall.

The fortune is 45mm tall in 18350. Also there's the Ant from Holy land mods which is 46mm in 18350 so both of those are probably smaller than the 4nine in 18650.
The Nanos by MMVapors is 53 mm in 18350 mode with a top cap. Use a hybrid adapter, and it's roughly 47 mm. 18650 mode would be 83 mm / 77 mm.

The Pisces t is 85mm in 18650.

I agree, I think 4nine is the smallest. but my nemmy is pretty small for a mech too =P if I cut out the beauty ring and get a hybrid adapter, I can make it pretty darn short
