I got a kit about a month ago and one of the batteries just died. I can't find any warranty info on the website.
What's the warranty for an Ego Elegant battery?

When I had a problem,,,I called chris and had no problems with him helping me out

Everytime I call the phone number on the website during business hours, I get a answering machine that says to email. Last time I emailed it took longer than I'd like to get an email back. Just thought I would ask here to get a faster response. All I can find is a 72 hour DOA warranty on the carts etc...... Nothing about any battery warranty.

call the number on the card, there is a issue going on with the number on the site, the line was having on off issues in texas and daniel is working on getting a new setup for that, you can always reach us here or on the number on the card, 347-361-0112
there isnt a warrenty for batteries dying a month in other then MiT's but that will take you a month if your lucky but like I said contact me and I will see what can be done for you tesla.
