Juicyfruit - I am a week and a half in, and loving it. I watched a co-worker use an eCig for a month, but didn't try it until the patch failed me (yet again) a day and a half into a quit smoking attempt.
With the eCig, this is the first time I feel I could actually quit forever. Also, since there is 0 nicotine available, if I do decide to go nicotine free as well as smoke free, I can do it slow and slowly cut my nic over the coarse of months.
The disposables are a great way to see if this is something which might work for you before committing. I bought a Blu disposable to get me through a weekend and it did the trick.
