For what it's worth, I had the same thing happen with another vendor. He explained that it's part of new efforts to crack down on CC fraud. Apparently, sometimes CC's won't go through if every detail of your name, address, etc. doesn't match between what you entered with the vendor, and what the CC co. has on file. My card got charged too, but it was just an authorization which came off in a few days. I talked to the vendor on the phone and my order was completed. Although, it did appear like a double-charge until the first one came off. I hope this is the case with your vendor. JD

That sucks. I really wanted to try the Unicorn Blood....Hope they get .... fixed.

I ordered a bottle of Unicorns Blood and was getting a burnt taste from it (trust me I vaped it on various resistances and voltages). I then contacted customer service about it and have been getting the run around (bout a month so far). They offered me a replacement bottle of the same flavor :facepalm: no thanks if I had a previous issue with it why would I want it again. save your cash man

Try a fresh coil? Had that happen to me so i just put a fresh coil in and it was instant tasty goodness. :vapor:

I'm addicted to the stuff...

I would rather have my cash back. their deffective juice has actually cost me money (wasting bad fluid on wicks, coils, and carto's when I can have used another juice on it) and after this bad experience with product now I'm having a bad experience with their customer service. I even asked for the replacement 120 ml bottle in a different flavor and they said they could not do that. I'm sure you could understand not wanting something that tasted bad the first time around, they pretty much killed it for me.

I think Shane is one of the more stand up guys out there. They are a business in the end and asking for your money back or a different juice because you dont like a flavor I think isnt realistic. As we all know taste is subjective and yes you will get a bad bottle every now and then. This is just my opinion but a replacement bottle is more than fair. If they gave away a new juice everytime someone didn't like what they received they wouldn't be in business very long.

If you follow them on facebook you can see the good he does for people everyday. He even has a juice every month he gives the proceeds to charity.

I know I probably sound like I work for them :) every now and then you just run into a business that impresses you and Shane does that for me.

Yep, MBV. Tried three flavors and was 0-3. Just chalked it up to "not the vendor for me". Didn't ask them for my money back though. I'm sure we've all ran across a flavor (or flavors) we did not like. Sorry about your bad experience.

problem is I do like the flavor (or did prior to this experience), this was not my first buy of this flavor, as a matter of fact I bought a 120 ml bottle this time around. My issue was that I was getting a burnt taste half the time.

I'm sure he is the greatest guy on the planet and is going to heaven. Just sharing my experience with those out there. If you have had had great customer service with them, that's cool (that's what a business should be doing anyway). Not at all impressed with customer service though.

So if you've bought the flavor before and liked it enough to buy a 120ml, and he offered to replace what could have been a bad batch with a new batch... what's the issue?

Normally I've been very happy with Fuzion but the fact that my CC was charged, order didn't go through and no response to my emails nor does their online chat work well...Like I have to wonder ....

Seriously...I'm hoping both of our cases get remedied man, too bad there isn't a rep for fuzion that can respond to this thread or at least lurk.
