what's up with V4L?

Everyone on this site seems to rave about Vapor4Life, so I'm a bit confused. I had no problems with my initial V4L kit, but the blank cartridges I ordered later heated up and tasted burnt. So I immediately emailed V4L about returning them. No response back from them. Because I had out-of-town guests, it took me about a week to mail the cartridges back to V4L. I included a note saying "please exchange."

Now it's been another week.....no exchange, no word from them, nothing.

What do I do now???

Well, since you have 5 posts and can now post in other forums you could go to their suppliers page in the forum here and post your concerns.
