Whats with the spam today.

Ok, granted I've only just passed the 1 week mark as an ECF member but seriously, untill today I havn't seen (or at least noticed) any spam posts from crappy websites offering over priced junk untill today. What is it with today? Did all of the shady rip off artists decide to crawl out of the woodwork today and start spamming ECF with crappy advertisements for their cheap overpriced junk?

Anyways: *rant over*

On a side note I would like to sincerely thank ECF, it's extremely helpful and friendly members, and the reputable vendors here. I can honestly say I would not have had such an enjoyable and pain free vaping experience without them.

I lol'd at the one guy from Memphis but other than that, I don't really get bothered by spam. I guess I am used to it from the other 3 forums I frequent.

I never really used forums except for a few years back for an online game I used to play and even then I wasn't very active on them. I looked at other forums for various other things over the years but they weren't nearly as active as ECF is. That's part of the reason I am as active as I am on here, it's an active, friendly, and helpful comunity.

The spam doesn't bother me so much, it's the thought that someone new here might take them at face value and get a bad impression of vaping, or have a bad experience with it as a result. Granted I'm only 4 days into vaping and just over a week on ECF but it's something I've become very passionate about in a very short period of time (and rightfully so). Fortunately the moderators here seem to be on top of things with removing the spam. Hats off to them.

They post spam...we delete spam, ban them...they post...we delete and ban. It's a cycle.

It's pretty normal for forums.

Thats unfortunate, but I'm glad to see you guy's/gals are on top of things. I had not noticed that option but I am aware of it now (thank you) and I will keep my eye's open.
