Snus is finely ground tobacco in a pouch u put in mouth...best is forein snus because of pasturetion process....

Water and more muscle movement.... Get the body to flush waste out... Latic acid build up with no water makes it worse... I did just water and saw I needed alittle more body waste not being complete ( yuk urine smelled... ) I made a point of walking and doing something to involve more muscles on my body... Even with the Mede I take I got to a light yellow less smelly urine.
This is just my experince...and I relize there are valid reasons for limits on water and exercise...in some people.

Here is my answer. When you smoke cigarettes it deadens the cilia in your throat/lungs. When you vape they start to work thus nasty @#$% is trying to get out. Just like having a chest cold. After i quit about 1 month i had the worst cold ever and black/brown stuff was coming up, I think it was tar and crap from smoking. Btw I smoked for 10yrs give or take. Hope this helps!! ps. I wouldnt worry about it too much. pss. i am not a doctor, I just play one on t.v.

I get the dry throat too, but haven't got any slime. Although, I've been off analogs for 2 years, I was still snusing. When I heard of e-cigs, I switched right to vaping. No more snus!

i am in the same boat, smoked for years, then got married, and the wife could not stand the smell of smoke. so started dipping. no analogs for 7 years, but still dipping, i needed my nicotine. found e-cigs about a year ago. made the swap and love it. and now no more dips, don't even crave it. i did get the phlem when i made the swap. but didn't tie it to the e cig right a way. i have bad allergies that year. but it only lasted about a week and a half. occasionally i will get a little phlem but it is not as bad as when i first started. and i am a pretty heavy vaper.

and just to add to the last post...

I basically chain vape now...from the moment till i wake up till bed...

and my respiratory health has never been better....i'm back to jogging 20 miles a week...

my guess is - mind you i'm no doctor - is that any throat or mouth effects you're having is from you body purging the ills of analogs...

stick with it! (vapor that is)....
