I have been using my giant a lot more often lately. I noticed that it was flooding sporadically even though I always kept it upright. Today, I took a close look at it and noticed a few things. There were some small bubbles coming up from the bottom and mysterious white marks along the seal, which I hope you can see in the picture.

So, I'm figuring the seal is, well, unsealing. When it floods, It's leaking out of the battery connection, too.

i think the white (even though i cant make it out) is prolly glue and not to worry about it. i would be more suspect that the seal between the center post and the base is either not seated exactly right or is a little pinched or something. it leaks into the connector then up the air tube or out the connector. switching it back and forth between batteries or whatever can also put pressure on it and make more around as the center pin is not the same from bat to bat.
would also explain why there is juice in the connector not just on the outside as it would be if leaking from the tube seal.
hope this helps some.

the vents suck the giant, thats 90% of the problem, usually i just blow out whatever gets in the center tube and make sure you clean out the battery of any liquid, then it should be good to go. tipping horizontal usually will releive the gurgling although i prefer to just blow it out. if its doing it more, likely it may need to be cleaned as its probably letting unburnt juice get through.

Thanks for the responses. I hope it doesn't need to be cleaned because it is on its second fill post cleaning. I'll take a look at the seal around the post once I have vaped it dry. I can live with the occasional flooding so long as it's not about to fall apart!

try and line the vents up on the carto with the vent indents on the battery, that should let more air through and will stop the juice feeding as fast. that should help, although honestly assuming you are using the vision giants that are normal ohms, i was never really able to stop that. I'm using Low resistance vision giants that I picked up now and that problem is mostly eliminated now.

i don't know exactly what it is with the vents on these things, but anything with a vent style like these such as the stones etc all gurgle like this. my vision regular never gurgles, never has problems because it has the holes like a ce2. you just have to fill the stupid thing every 30 minutes.

you can also try pushing the seal down more on the wicks and see if that helps. its possible that its just dying and not heating up enough to burn up the juice.
