Kinda subjective. I have had an IGO-W, R91, and Kanger aerotank mini on mine. All of them worked great.

Currently: IGO-L, 30 gauge twisted kanthal, cotton wicked at .9 ohms on 11 watts

Also my Mini Protank 2 at 1.8 ohms with 30 gauge kanthal, cotton wicked at 10 watts chucks the vapor surprisingly!

I just stuck my Kanger protank 2 on there and hit the button!!! it has a stock Kanger 2.2 coil in it. 4.2 at 7 volts and it is rolling. nothin but cinnamon juice for me...

There is no best, it works well with everything except low ohms outside its limits. I use cheap clearos, good clearos, RDA, RSST.

I like EVOD. There is no "best," only what works for you. I like funky colors, fiddle free and inexpensive to maintain.

Instead of going 2.2 ohms with another tank use the nautilus at 1.6 coils. Also these guys up here are ballers making coils for MVPs but if you don't know coils well do the nautilus for sure.

It can go either way. Get a decent rba for 20-30 bucks and make coils for a few pennies and yes. Start buying authentic RBAs for 100+ bucks each at it could take awhile to catch up.

Kanger protank 2 with cotton wick and 32 gauge kanthal @ 2 ohms. Vape this at 9 watts and it's just right.

Once you have your RBA, Kanthal wire 50 - 100 ft for less than $10 and a years supply of organic cotton for a few bucks, and you are good to go.

I like the Nautilus on mine. With the capacity of the nautilus and the battery life of the MVP you get a pretty hassle free setup for the day.

That was the first one I used, and I liked it just fine. I think I ordered mine online for 12 bucks. Be aware that they are small with a width of 14.55mm. IGO-L is basically the larger version at 20mm but from what I can tell in the pic, it doesn't look like it has holes in the posts meaning you will have to wrap the wire around the screws instead of threading through holes. Not a huge deal, but post holes is a bit easier.
