Trying to get that burning cig isn't gonna happen. I cant stand all the sweet flavors & cigar flavorings out there.
My go to e liquid place is Parkes vaping. They have sample packs & offer a ton of tobacco flavors with some having reviews.
The owner is a tobacco flavor type user but tends to prefer sweet ones so you have to find the ones that are straight up tobacco.
I ordered 2 sample packs & out of 10 I found 3 that are very straight up non menthol tobacco types.
I wound up liking Wyatt Earp, Dark Vapure & Ashtray. Yes, Ashtray.

Look them up & give them a try. They are very reasonable & ship fast.

Good luck

I'm a noob, for sure, but speaking of myfreedomsmokes, I have grown fond of their RY4 after not liking it at ALL at first. (I NEVER thought this would grow on me based on my first couple of vapes with it!)

I thought it was a very strong non-filtered cigarette type of flavor when I first started with it. I set it aside for a while, and now I find I am enjoying it. A strong tobacco taste and TH at first, with maybe just a slight TOUCH of sweetness on the exhale. Nothing like candy tho, for sure. Different inhaling techniques seem to yield different flavors, I believe.

I have 4 other tobacco flavors from them that I bought in a sampler that will take me a while to get to, including Desert Ship, US Red, W Tobacco, and US Light, that I'm looking forward to based on my experience with their RY4. I enjoy the sweets, fruits, desserts, and fu fu flavors (lol....) tremendously, but I crave a little tobacco flavor with a few beers or cocktails, it seems.

Suggest you give some of the juices some time as well. I found in many instances that I didn't like a particular juice on the first try, only to go back to it and have a completely different experience. (My taste buds are on FIRE in a very good sense since I quit the analogs, and changing / improving daily during these first weeks ....that is one possible explanation.).

Not too many tobacco flavored e-liquids can come close to replicating a cigarette. The few that I have enjoyed come from small time vendors that go out of stock the minute I start posting about them here on the forums... But even those liquids.. Do not truly come "close" to replicating the taste of burning tobacco and rolling paper. Im sorry, but, this has been talked about on these forums for going on what? 9 years now? And every time someone posts a thread asking for a cig flavored e-liquid (about 10 to 15 times a week, btw. you might want to try a search, in the search bar, for all the dead threads that came before this one.. hehe) the general consensus is that there is no liquid gold e-liquid that comes close to replicating a burning cigarette.
The juices that I have found that SATISFY my craving for a cigarette, are usually called RY4. Its a caramel/vanilla, with a very light (and weird) tobacco note behind the sweeter notes. some RY4 juices also have a nice nutty undertone. They obviously don't taste like a cigarette... But, they do satisfy my craving for a nice sweet, but savory, tobacco. There are DRYER and LESS SWEET tobacco juices... Such as "FLU CURED" which is a popular type of tobacco e-liquid.. It usually tastes like your vaping a wheat field, sometimes dipped in honey. The Flu cured is a great way to get that nice savory type of tobacco flavor in your arsenal, but, still, not a cigarette. I've tried most of the Halo tobacco flavors, and some of them are great, some, not so great. Whenever you see a "virginia" tobacco, youll quicky f Yum. I find that Halo's juices in particular, can sometimes taste like roasted peanuts, which, idk, they are tasty.. but again... unfortunately, not many juices can even be compared to burning hit of cigarette tobacco.. Some juices can trick you into thinking it tastes like a cigarette for a while.. But, lol.. They just dont... Your looking for burning carbon based plant material and burning paper... And you cannot capture those flavors in a juice, and then vaporize the juice with a little red hot coil, and taste burning carbon based plant material and burning paper. It doesn't work. it never has worked. this exact thread pops up by 5 out of 10 new ECF members and they have gotten the same response for 6,7,8 years or whatever. This is just what I've noticed. I hope I've helped with my suggestions. I hope others help as well. You WILL trick yourself into thinking you found one similar to a cig, but, give it time.. Give urself a chance to forget what a cig tastes like.. Because in 4-5 weeks after having not touched a cig, you probably wont want an e-liquid that tastes like one. It would taste prettty damn nasty. Your gonna find that your craving a dry tobacco-ISH flavor, and/or sweet tobacco-ISH flavor. Maybe. Thats what Ive experienced. :)

Below is a copy/paste from a different post. If you want the taste of a burning cigarette then I do believe I have replicated it.
Read on:

Then there is Aroma e liquids, they have a great analog flavor called GI Joe or something like that. It's probably my favorite from them.
I don't like sweet, perfumy, cigar or pipe type flavors. I am one of the weird ones always looking for that elusive straight up analog taste.

Hope that helps. Good luck.

Right now I'm vaping a 50/50 pg-vg unflavored nic juice at 24mg, mixed with GI Joe & swear I found that analog flavor almost exactly.
That's a bonus cause the nic liquid is so much cheaper than pre-mixed flavored juice. So I can stretch a bottle of it big time.
Most tobacco flavors are too sweet for me. Or, I will vape completely different flavors, like coffee & beverage types.

Actually I found one (I don't recall from where) that did taste exactly like cigarettes to me.

Picture an ash tray that had been used for a week without emptying it, then empty it and lick the residue stuck to the bottom.

Probably thinking of "Coffin Nail" from DFWVapor.

Based on this very thread I tried several from Highbrow and Backwoods. None were bad, but so far Ahlusion's Cherry House Blend satisfies my cravings like no other liquid (well that I've tried so far - these include Halo, Backwoods, Highbrow, Want2Vape, AIV, MBV). I'm not the best at describing flavor but please give this one a shot.

Update: This was one of my very first posts when I started vaping a few months ago and I saw it pop up again today under "New Posts". I appreciate most of the input like the previous input from GameDesigner. I am still chasing that real cigarette flavor but I do understand what some of you are saying about "not wanting to taste an ashtray". The people that say that are certainly not new to quitting cigarettes and only have that thought of a disgusting smell of a "smokers cloths" or a "smoked in car" or a smoker walking past that is wafting that dead cigarette smoke smell. What you don't remember is how very very good your favorite cigs tasted like during inhale and that my friends are two entirely different things and taste/smells.

I promised myself that if I ever quite smoking that I would not become one of those rude ex smokers that makes faces and comments rudely to smokers that he or she is disgusting. Its very two faced and helps no one. Its crap like that that kept me smoking for years. I would just think "screw you, wheres my lighter, I'll show him"

A very few of the first responders to this thread are those very same type people and they made me pretty mad at the time as I was struggling to quit my 40 year addiction. I don't pay them much attention anymore.

Well, it has been a while and yes my taste buds have changed somewhat and my nose can smell a smoker a mile away. I have tried many a juice and have settled in on a flavor I rather like and I have turned a many of smokers to vapors now because I have found a good alternative juice for a current smoker that is trying to quit. Its almost impossible to give some one a banana, melon, citric, cinnamon, chocolate, phys-co poo poo and they tell me " say, this is the best thing since sliced bread" and quit. No, they need something that tastes relatively close to a cigarette in most cases.

I want to thank everyone that had positive input and helped me and countless others. There may not be any juice that tastes exactly like inhaling a real cigarette, but there is no need to quite searching and for mixers of juices to quit trying.

The reason posts like this keep coming up is because it is important to many that are still smoking analogs and want to quit.

So put that in your pipe and smoke it. :)

Let me know what you think. I'm realizing I have a real aversion to anything perfumey or fake (I found Want2Vape Morleys and Highbrow RY4 so strongly potpourri tasting that I actually tossed full bottles today), and the Cherry House Blend is utterly authentic to me. Might be worth trying a few of their other favorably reviewed tobaccos too when you order. My second order is on the way, or I'd give opinions. I used 70/30 at 12mg. Even at 12 the TH is terrific.

GS cookie from vaporleaf is my favorite today. It is awesome in my new MT3S. Lots of vape, lots of taste. Tomorrow it will be a different flavor. I have never vaped GS by itself...always used it to flavor tobacco. Didn't know what I was missing! So far so good in the plastic tank. Fingers crossed.

Looks good. I'll try this too. Sadly the site has only reviewed non tobaccos from Ahlusion Vapor Rater but these are easy to believe considering how good I found their Peachy Affair and Boba Tea.

Also, lest I forget I also highly recommend Heather's Heavenly Vapes Legend and Dragon Fire even though these are on the mellow and sweet side (and the OP seems to want a true, true tobacco experience)

I agree that for new vapers the need to find a liquid that closely resembles the smoking experience is very important, so I don't think we should dismiss it or downplay it. Perhaps keeping a list of liquids that have worked in this capacity would be helpful. It's just my opinion, but helping people to stop smoking is a meaningful and life changing endeavor - it saves lives!

We are a community that is doing that, whether or not we realize how integrally involved in this process we are.

Speaking as one who just recently stopped smoking analogs, I am still very interested in replicating the Marlboro menthol experience. I get that in time, my desires and tastes will change, and I'm totally open to it, but for now in this early critical period, as I search for a liquid that really satisfies, threads like this are invaluable.

I want to once again underscore how grateful I am for all the terrific information sharing that is happening on these boards.
