RY4U from Venum Vapur. It is a complex mix. They don't use a pre mix RY4 base, they start from scratch. It has been my adv for months now. 100ml bottle for 18.99

Honestly, this is dependent upon what you're comfortable with, and what type of setup that you have. Personally, I vape 12mg in my tanks, and 3-6mg in my RDA's. I made the mistake of dripping some of my 12mg juice, and coughed my fool head off!
If it's available to you, try ordering a smaller bottle of juice in a higher nic percentage to see if it works for you.
You will probably get as many different answers as there are vapers reading this question right now! My personal favorite changes from time to time, but at the moment, it's "Strawnilla" from Nicoticket. I have had very good luck with them and they have several flavors I like. They won the ECF award for 2013 for Best Tobacco, Best Fruit, and Best Bakery, so not much chance they will disappoint. Take a look and see if anything appeals to you -- and GOOD LUCK! Without a few juices you really love it is very difficult to enjoy vaping and stick with it. http://www.nicoticket.com
