I have been using Kayfuns for the last couple of years. Haven't been able to find another rebuildable tank that has the same draw as the kayfun. Everything else seems to airy for me. And my motto is "If I can't build it ...I don't vape it!"
iSub and iSub G from Innokin... I just love those products... just ordered the new Apex .. well new to me since the Apex 5 is now out... got some 2.0 coils along with the .5 KAL and Claptons... figure this can be a fun tank from tootle puffing to sub ohming. WOOTS
Atm, my favorite tanks are the ones that can use a Vaporesso ccell coil. It just so happens that most of em are really cheap as well. Got an Ijust2 tank on the way now. Those things are ~$13 and hold 5.5ml of juice.
Hands down, my modded orchid rta.
Airflow is perfectly on point after drilling. And all the aftermarket kayfun tank parts share the same threading, with some ingenuity, it's limitless customization (just as a kayfun) makes it even better
Kayfun V2 lite with V2 Monster base , to be honest all tanks built off the Kayfun design are equal to me , as the above poster mentions the Orchids are outstanding for flavor as well .
I am not one who has the " new tank, must obtain immediately" mindset , once i find what's satisfying i tend to stick with it.
Gosh, I've gone through a bunch of tanks. Some I like and get more of and others find their way to the junk drawer.
My current favorite is the OBS Crius. Top fill with juice control, good air flow (and control) and a dual coil velocity style deck. Whats not to like?
I still have two Nautilus tanks in rotation. Sometimes I like to just 'toodle puff' on some high nicotine juice. Runners up are the STM, Lemo2 and TFV4.
I've only used a very limited selection of gear, but my favorite tank is the Buddha mini. It's a small rta with a fairly wide range of applications. Tootle-puffing like a properly rebuildable Protank, or opened up with a sub-ohm coil.
Been using the old Arctic tank for what seems like years now. Grabbed the Crown(not Rafale) last week. The Crown does perform a little better (both tanks with 0.2ohm coils) but of course drinks a bit more juice.
I give the edge to the Arctic due to it's known dependability. Can't
fail/fault my old friend that has served me so well for so long. Not fancy and does the job.
iClear 16 - helped me to finally stop smoking after two years of dual use
PT2 ( with AFC )- took me a while to learn to re-build and wick properly, but once i did, it's been my work horse for 2 1/2 years. Perfect draw !
I'm a big TFV4 fan and recently picked up a Griffin for my first venture into RTA. I'm liking it well enough, I am going to give in and try building coils in spite of anticipated difficulties. If all goes well, a 25mm Griffin is in my not too distant future!
